2017 Season

Welcome to our 2017 season of shows and projects!

A Christmas Carol, The Live Radio Play (Annual Fundraiser)
One performance only on Saturday, December 16 at 7 PM.

Location: First Church in Marlborough, 37 High Street, Marlborough MA

The Charles Dickens holiday classic comes to life as a live 1940s radio broadcast, complete with vintage commercials for fruitcake (extra-fancy), and the magic of live sound effects and musical underscoring. A handful of actors bring dozens of characters to the stage, as the familiar story unfolds: Three ghosts take Ebenezer Scrooge on a thrilling journey to teach him the true meaning of Christmas. A charming take on a family favorite that will leave no one saying “Bah Humbug!”

Tickets: $20 Adults/ $18 Seniors/ $15 Children.  Group Discounts available!

Cast:  Kat Alix-Gaudreau, Roger Alix-Gaudreau, Jessica DePalo, Jacob McDonald, Joshua Wright

Accompanist:  Jeff Kimball

Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead

Written by Bert V. Royal
Directed by Michelle Leibowitz
Performances: March 24-26

When CB’s dog dies from rabies, CB begins to question the existence of an afterlife. His best friend is too burnt out to provide any coherent speculation; his sister has gone goth; his ex-girlfriend has recently been institutionalized; and his other friends are too inebriated to give him any sort of solace. But a chance meeting with an artistic kid, the target of this group’s bullying, offers CB peace of mind and sets in motion a friendship that will push teen angst to the very limits. Drug use, suicide, eating disorders, teen violence, rebellion and sexual identity collide and careen toward an ending that’s both haunting and hopeful.

Alex Wersted as CB
Adam Fleming as Van
Aspen Ridge as Matt
Bryson Michael as Van’s Sister
